Junk removal, green waste & storm cleanup on MauiWe clean up. You move forward.

Rubbish, green waste, storm debris, and downed trees, loaded up and hauled away. From one backyard pile to a whole property after a storm, our owner-operated crew brings the trailer, the machines, and the muscle.

Easiest way to start: call Keaghan and tell him what needs to go.

Junk removal on Maui

One pile or a whole property, we can haul it all.

Junk piles up fast on Maui. Yards grow back almost as fast as you can cut them, old fencing and rubbish collect behind the shed, and one storm can bring down more branches than a year of yard work. Whatever's piling up, we load it, haul it, and leave the ground clean.

Plenty of haulers show up with a pickup truck. We bring a dump trailer, a track loader, and an excavator, so heavy logs, big brush piles, and debris spread across acres don't slow us down. And because we clear land and build fences too, one crew can handle whatever comes after the cleanup.

Hauling on an island

On Maui, where it goes matters.

There's only so much room on an island. A few local rules shape how junk and green waste get hauled here, and how we handle every load.

Where each load goes

One load from your property

  • Green waste

    Approved green waste drop-off

  • Metal & wire

    Recycling

  • Rubbish

The landfill, and only what has to go there

Nothing gets dumped.

  • State law

    No burn piles.

Backyard burning of yard waste has been banned statewide in Hawaiʻi since 2012. On Maui, green waste gets hauled away or mulched, so even a small yard can pile up fast.

  • Landfill rules

Not everything goes in the landfill.

Maui's landfills turn away appliances, tires, car batteries, and propane tanks, which go to recyclers instead. Paint, chemicals, and fuel need special handling too, so mention anything like that when you reach out.

  • Invasive species

    Watch for hitchhikers.

Little fire ants and coconut rhinoceros beetles can travel in green waste, mulch, and compost. Taking green waste straight to an approved drop-off, never a gulch or an empty lot, helps keep them from spreading.

  • Weather

    Storm season comes every year.

Hurricane season runs June through November, and winter Kona storms bring wind and heavy rain of their own. When one comes through, we clear the downed trees and debris and can put fence lines back up.

Junk removal FAQ

Hauling questions, answered.

What Maui homeowners, businesses, and HOAs ask most before a haul-away.

Still wondering about something?

Call Keaghan to talk it through.

What we take

What kinds of junk do you haul?

Rubbish, green waste, storm debris, downed trees and limbs, debris from clearing jobs, and old fencing, from a single pile to a whole property. We also clean up overgrown yards and lots. Not sure about something? Call and ask.

Is there anything you can't take?

Hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, fuel, pesticides, and asbestos need special handling and can't go in a regular load. Maui's landfills also turn away appliances, tires, car batteries, and propane tanks, which have to go to recyclers instead. If you have any of these, mention them when you reach out and we'll tell you what we can take.

What happens to the green waste you haul away?

It's loaded separately from rubbish and taken to an approved green waste drop-off, never dumped in a gulch or on an empty lot. That matters on Maui, where little fire ants and coconut rhinoceros beetles can travel in green waste, mulch, and compost.

Price & timing

How much does junk removal cost on Maui?

It depends on how much there is, what it is, how easy it is to reach, whether trees need cutting or piles need a machine, and disposal fees, which Maui's drop-off sites charge by weight. You'll get a straight price before any work starts, and a quick call is the quickest way to get one.

How soon can you come, and how long does it take?

It depends on the schedule and the size of the job, so ask when you reach out. Smaller haul-offs are often a single visit. A whole property or a big storm cleanup can take more than a day, and you'll know the plan before we start.

Do I need to move everything to the curb?

No. We load from wherever it is, whether that's the backyard, a fence line, or the back of the lot. Before we start, we'll go over what's going and what's staying, in person or over the phone.

On Maui

Can't I just burn my green waste?

Not on most properties. Backyard burning of yard waste has been banned statewide in Hawaiʻi since 2012, and agricultural burning needs a Department of Health permit. That leaves hauling it away or mulching it on site, and we can do either.

Can you help clean up after a storm?

Yes. After high wind or heavy rain, we clear downed trees and limbs, haul away storm debris, and clear and repair fence lines for homes, businesses, and communities. Call with what happened and where, and we'll start with whatever's blocking access.

Can you clear the land or build a fence after the cleanup?

Yes, and it's one of the best reasons to hire one crew. Once the junk is gone, we can mulch brush, clear and grade the ground, and build the new fence, with more than seven years of fence-building experience behind it. No second company, no hand-off.
