Our story

It started with fences.

Keaghan has been building fences for more than seven years: privacy fences around backyards, cattle fence across pasture, deer fence tall enough for axis deer, and plenty of vinyl, chain link, metal, and welded wire in between.

A lot of fence jobs start with land work: brush to clear, ground to level, an old fence to pull out and haul away. Now he takes that on too, with a Kubota track loader, a Komatsu excavator, and a dump trailer.

Put it together and you get Maui Fencing & Land Management: a new company with an experienced owner, based on Maui and working from one end of it to the other, for homeowners, ranches, and businesses alike.

“We will do our best to help you folks restore your properties back to what they were if not better.”

What makes us different

Call, and you reach Keaghan, not an office. If the job needs a look, he comes out himself, and when the work starts, he's the one on the machine. One company clears it, hauls it, and fences it, for homes, ranches, and businesses from Kapalua to Hāna. And since we're new, every job is how we earn the next one.

FAQ

Fair questions. Honest answers.

What people usually want to know about a new company before they call.

Something else? Call Keaghan to ask him directly.

Who will I be working with?

Keaghan Gomes, the owner. Keaghan answers the calls, walks the property when a job needs it, and runs the equipment himself, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work.

Are you a new company?

Yes. The company is new, but the experience isn't: Keaghan has spent more than 7 years building fences, and now runs a crew and equipment that also clear, mulch, grade, and haul. Every job is how a new company earns the next one, so every property gets our full effort.

Where are you based? Do I need to come to you?

No, we come to you. We're based here on Maui, and every fencing, land, and hauling job happens on your property, so there's nowhere you need to go. Call Keaghan at 530-884-4085 with your town and what you need, and he'll take it from there.

Do you work on residential or commercial properties?

Both. We work with homeowners, ranches and farms, property managers, HOAs, builders, and commercial properties. If you've got land that needs clearing or a fence line that needs building, we'd like to hear about it.

What equipment do you use?

A Kubota SVL97-3 track loader, a Komatsu PC88MR excavator, and a dump trailer. The loader and excavator run on tracks, which grip and spread their weight on soft, sloped, and uneven ground, and the dump trailer hauls off brush, debris, and green waste.

Are you insured?

Yes. Maui Fencing & Land Management carries $5 million in insurance coverage, so you can hire us with confidence.
